1. POLICY STATEMENT

This policy extends to conduct occurring in the workplace, at client sites, during assignments, and at company-sponsored activities.

2. ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

QuickHire™ prohibits all forms of unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment, whether by supervisors, coworkers, client personnel, vendors, or others.

Harassment includes verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment or interferes with an individual’s work performance. Examples include, but are not limited to:

·       Unwelcome sexual advances or propositions;

·       Inappropriate physical contact;

·       Derogatory comments, slurs, or epithets;

·       Offensive jokes or displays;

·       Retaliation against individuals who report harassment or participate in investigations.

3. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION

QuickHire™ provides reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state or local law.

We also accommodate sincerely held religious beliefs, observances, and practices unless doing so would impose an undue hardship.

4. REPORTING AND COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

Any applicant, employee, or assigned personnel who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or retaliation should report the conduct immediately to QuickHire™ management or Human Resources.

Reports can be made verbally or in writing. QuickHire™ will promptly investigate complaints in a confidential and impartial manner to the extent possible, consistent with a thorough investigation.

Retaliation is strictly prohibited. QuickHire™ will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who in good faith reports discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation.

5. ENFORCEMENT AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Violations of this policy will result in appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination of employment or assignment, consistent with applicable laws and agreements.

Where discriminatory or harassing behavior occurs at client worksites, QuickHire™ will work with the client to take prompt and effective remedial measures.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

This policy complies with applicable federal laws, including but not limited to:

·       Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

·       Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

·       Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)

·       Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA)

·       Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

·       Equal Pay Act

It also complies with relevant state and local equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.

7. POLICY DISTRIBUTION AND POSTING

This EEO / Anti-Discrimination Policy Notice is:

·       Provided to all applicants, employees, and assigned personnel upon hire or onboarding;

·       Posted at QuickHire™ offices and made available at client worksites;

·       Included in employee handbooks, client onboarding packets, and other standard documentation.
