These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Hot Dog Rocket Ship Investments, LLC (“QuickHire™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or entity (“Client,” “Candidate,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses or uses our website at www.quickhire.agency (the “Site”), our staffing and talent acquisition services (the “Services”), or otherwise engages with QuickHire.™

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

1.1 QuickHire™ provides staffing, recruiting, and talent acquisition services to businesses and organizations seeking personnel and to individuals seeking employment opportunities.
1.2 QuickHire™ does not guarantee employment, assignment, or placement to any Candidate. Employment decisions remain at the discretion of the hiring Client.
1.3 QuickHire™ reserves the right to refuse service, terminate assignments, or discontinue Services at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under Indiana law and applicable federal law.
2.2 By engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that all information provided to QuickHire is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Client Obligations

3.1 Clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions, compensation information, and workplace requirements when engaging QuickHire.™
3.2 Clients are solely responsible for complying with all applicable labor, employment, wage, and workplace safety laws, including but not limited to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (FLSA), as amended; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended; and the Indiana Civil Rights Law.
3.3 Clients agree not to directly circumvent QuickHire™ by hiring Candidates introduced through QuickHire without compensation to QuickHire™ as agreed in separate staffing agreements.

4. Candidate Obligations

4.1 Candidates agree to provide truthful and complete information regarding work history, education, and qualifications.
4.2 Candidates authorize QuickHire™ to verify information provided and to share Candidate information with potential employers, subject to our Privacy Policy.
4.3 Candidates acknowledge that all employment relationships are “at will” unless otherwise specified in writing by the hiring employer.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

5.1 QuickHire™ collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable federal law, the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (INCDPA), and other relevant privacy regulations.
5.2 Under the INCDPA, Indiana consumers have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You may request access to the personal data QuickHire™ maintains about you.

  • Right to Correction: You may request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

  • Right to Deletion: You may request the deletion of personal data, subject to lawful exceptions.

  • Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable format.

  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, sale of data, or profiling.
    5.3 QuickHire™ does not sell personal data as defined by the INCDPA.
    5.4 Requests to exercise privacy rights may be submitted by emailing privacy@quickhire.agency or using the webform on our Contact page. QuickHire™ will respond within statutory timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of QuickHire™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
6.2 The name QuickHire™ and related logos are trademarks of Hot Dog Rocket Ship Investments, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited, and violations will be prosecuted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable employment or labor laws.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Site or Services.

  • Misuse or unlawfully disclose any confidential information obtained through QuickHire.™

8. Disclaimers

8.1 QuickHire™ provides Services “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2 QuickHire™ does not guarantee job placement, employment duration, or candidate performance.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickHire™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. QuickHire’s™ aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for Services within the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickHire™, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in The City of Indianapolis, County of Marion, State of Indiana, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, such arbitrator to be chosen at the discretion of QuickHire™ or its agents.
11.3 Each party waives the right to a jury trial.

12. Modifications

QuickHire™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision(s) of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable provision(s) shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
